I luv dreaming !!!
No matter day-dreaming or night-dreaming; sweet dreams or nightmares.
People thk dreaming is a waste of time, it’s just because they, themselves, also spend lots of their so-called “valuable time” dreaming.
If dreaming is a waste of time, so does sleeping! Everynite we close our eyes and fall asleep, we start to dream. To me, sleeping equals dreaming. It has become a routine of life. Every time I wake up without any memory of the nite’s dreams, I feel strange and sad, complaining I’ve wasted a nite’s time dreaming nothing.
Yet we must admit that we can’t resist dreams. Someone said if you dream during nite, it means you didn’t sleep well and your brain hasn’t been rest, that is, it has been working all nite restlessly. I was shocked to hear that! So I’ve never slept well since the day I born? Thz to my psychology tutor who told me that all human beings have to dream everytime we sleep. A sleep is made up of several cycles, and dreaming is almost the last part of each. That means, before we wake up, we dream, that’s the period our brain becoming more and more conscious.
Dreams can be non-sense, stupid and evil. These are the things I like abt dreaming. We dun have to pay for everythg we do in dreams.
Wake up and everything ends. This is the thing I hate and feel helpless abt dreaming. Yet it’s the value of dreams.
