To Gain Weight!!!
Believing that gals shouldn’t be too skinny,I always wish to gain some weight.
Yet from my experience, the MORE you care about something, the LESS likely it’ll turn out to be something you desired. The same theory applies to “my desire of gaining weight”. So I’ve learnt to put this matter down and try to build up a habit - healthy diet. Gaining or losing 1 or 2 pounds may mean nothing. They are just numbers that doesn’t really affect or change the way I look. As soon as the number is within the range that you believed to be healthy, that’s enove.

早餐: 很遲起床,所以甚麼都沒有吃過.
午餐: 2粒粉果, 1/3碟蘿蔔牛筋, 1.5件戶頭香蕉卷, 4片豬頸肉,2杯茶
下午茶: 半包薯片, 175g Yogurt
晚餐: 半碟瓜, 10條一吋長的雞肉, 一碗清湯
宵夜: skim milk 一杯
P.S 今天還喝了四杯水
是否我吃得太清? 我想應該不會,因為我的午餐都幾heavy,而且薯片也是高熱量的食物,所以應該可以使我增肥.但無奈我卻輕了0.5磅!!~
